clearing out the camera roll
So. Incase you haven’t noticed, I’m a little snap happy. Annnd, I also like to change things around. A LOT! Combine this with working, blogging, having four kids, a husband who runs his own business and works RIDICULOUS hours – my camera roll is ALWAYS filled with snaps I have taken of my kids rooms. And they stay there, with the thought that – one day… I will use them for this GREAT blog post. Then life happens. And. They just move further, and further down the camera roll.
So today I thought I’d clear out the camera roll and share a couple of images of my girls rooms over the past year that I just haven’t managed to share…
ABOVE: A shot of Indi’s space. Style tip – a pop of yellow always makes a room feel a little joyous, playful and sunny! There was bad lighting, hence the grainy picture but I LOVED all the colour in her room here.
ABOVE: An old shot of Summer’s room with a DIY macrame wall hanging and the digital SELFIE print I made as requested by one of her friends.
ABOVE: Way back when Summer’s wall was painted steel blue. Which, is now white, and also has decals, probably different to how they were last time. And, i’m contemplating painting it. Again. Soon. Hmmm #watchthisspace
ABOVE: The old cane chair I purchased from Gum Tree and spray painted pink! May be time for a revamp there too!
ABOVE: A little simple DIY – adding twinkle lights to existing wall hangings – creates a little more magic in a kids’ room. They also make a great little night light.
Thanks it for now. My mini is calling so mum duties are needed. Thanks for stopping by though, any questions about anything you see just drop us a line.
Hope your day is filled with happy, love Ness X
