There is something about retro that just screams playfulness and fun! Maybe it’s because it conjures up images of making daisy chains, gliding on roller-skates in the funshine, eating burgers, jelly and ice-cream in 60’s style diners.

The retro look is by far one of my favourites, especially for kids. And what in the world is cuter than letting your own kids experience the joy of Sunjellies iconic Jelly Shoes. Pair them with a super sweet bag or tote and you’re all set for a Summer’s day!

Based in England and founded by expat Melbournite Kelly, these incredibly gorgeous retro inspired bags and original French Jelly shoes (first created in the 40’s) add a kitsch vintage touch to any outfit.

Why do we love our Jellies?
Seriously, just look at all that cuteness!

My girls have been living in their jellies this Summer. They are perfect for beach and pool side hangs. Impromptu seaside paddles? Not a problem, if they get wet or sandy, you just rinse them clean and wait for them to dry. How perfect is that!!!

They would also have to be the softest most comfy jelly shoes I have ever felt. I am even tempted to get myself a pair, I just need to work out what my favourite sorbet shade is – oh the choices!

But… any girl knows a Summer’s OOTD is not complete without a bit of accessorising, and these beautifully made necklaces by Finch and Finn are the perfect choice to finish off any look!

Australian made by husband and wife team Krystle and Sean, Finch and Finn has crafted a stunning range of eco-friendly BPA free designer silicone necklaces, bracelets and funky stylish mummy jewelry.

Made for mummas and minis over the age of three, this Melbourne based jewelry designer is definitely one of our faves. The mummy and me combos are THE BEST and they will have you twinning in style.

Our girls have the mint combo but I have been eyeing off the classic goes with EVERYTHING simple black statement piece (totally worth checking out, you will see what I mean).

Now we are off to enjoy this funshiney day with outfit COMPLETE!
